What seven items should you bring with you when you are shooting an interview?

• Shooting into a light source = SILHOUETTE

CAMERA SHOTS:

***BACKGROUND:  6-8 feet from wall

• 1 Shot= middle of the chest to above the head

• 1 Shot with graphic= panned to side so theres a space for a graphic

• 2 Shot= 2 people from chest to above

• CU- close up shots

• MS- medium shot

• LS- Long shot

• ECU- extreme close up

• Rule of thirds-


CAMERA MOVEMENTS:
• Tilt- shoot upwards or downwards


• Pan- Side to side shot


• Zoom- Close Shot


• Dolly-

LIGHTS
• Key- Close light from the front


• Fill- Far light from the front


• Back- Back light.. self explanitory

MICROPHONES:
• Unidirectional- One direction mic
• Omnidirectional - every direction ; all
• Cardiod- One directional but have some width
• Lav/Lapel Microphone- One that you can clip on and not have to hold
• Boom Microphone- One thats on a pole that can be dropped down close to the subject
